We like to carry out the check in on the day the tennats are due to move in so they can agree to the condition and content report which we produce and print at the property, I can also meet the tennat with the keys, when the tenancy finishes and there is a date for the tennat to move out we like to meet the tennant to carry out the check out so they can agree to conditon and content report.
